Job Title: Plasma Torch Burner
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £13.00 - £13.50ph
Metalis is working in partnership with an engineering company in Sheffield who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a Plasma Torch Burner on a 12-week temporary to permanent contract.
Job Duties:
- Operating handheld plasma torches to cut through various metals
- Working with various metals such as low alloy steel, nickel, pure metals and more
- Working in fast paced production environment
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Job Requirements:
- Experience within plasma burning
- Welding or pipe experience
- Experience working with metals
- Used to working in fast paced engineering or manufacturing environments
Salary & Shift:
- Days regular
- Monday - Thursday - 7am - 4pm
- Friday - 7am - 3pm
- £13.00 - £13.50ph
- 12 weeks temporary to permanent role
