Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £12ph
Location: Leeds
Tenure: Temporary Contract
Metalis is working in partnership with a manufacturing company in Leeds who are looking to hire an administrator on a two-month temporary contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Answering telephones
- Emails
- Record and monitor customer purchase orders, delivery notes and order acknowledgements.
- Conduct filing and storage of customer files
- Produce excel spreadsheets as require
- Produce letters and documents as required
- Assist to conduct annual stock checks and audits
- Assist others with day to day running of the business
Person Specification:
- Have good Microsoft excel/packages knowledge
- Be diligent and focused
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Experience in data entry
- SAP Experience - Advantageous
- Other MRP / ARP Experience - Advantageous
- Exposure to stock ordering / control - Advantageous
Shifts & Salary:
- 2 months temporary contract
- £12ph
- Monday-Friday days regular
