Metalis is working in partnership with a prestigious engineering company involved in the design and manufacture of bespoke components both in the UK and Worldwide.
We are actively recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join an expanding team in Nottingham.
The successful candidate will have previous assembly experience and be a good team player with an eagerness to help and learn.
Job Duties:
- Precision assembly of niche components following the engineering drawings and information provided
- Quality checks & testing of parts, assemblies and documentation
- Operation of hand tools
- Maintain traceability throughout the build & assembly of components
Experience:
- Must have experience within a production & manufacturing environment
- Ability to read & work form engineering drawings
- Previous assembly experience within precision manufacturing environments
Salary & Hours:
- Days only 7am - 4pm Monday to Friday
- £11.66ph
- 12 Weeks temporary to permanent
- Overtime time & half
