Job Role: CNC Machinist (EDM)
Location: Leicester
Salary: £16.95 per hour (including shift allowance)
Metalis are currently working with an Aerospace company who are looking for a CNC Machinist (EDM) to join their team.
Duties:
- Operate CNC machines (EDM)
- Ensure parts are machined to the correct specification
- Read and work from engineering drawings
- Operate CMM to support the inspection team
- Carry out inspections on parts
Job Requirements:
- CNC EDM experience
- Aerospace experience (desired)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Measuring and inspection equipment knowledge/experience
Salary and Shift:
- £16.95 per hour (including shift allowance)
- Mornings - Monday to Thursday, 5:45am - 1:45pm & Friday, 5:45am - 10:45am
- Afternoons - Monday to Thursday, 1:45pm - 9:45pm & Friday, 10:45am - 3:45pm
- Nights - Monday to Thursday, 9:45pm - 5:45am & Friday, 3:45pm - 8:45pm
