CNC Miller - Programmer, Setter, Operator
Location: Rotherham, S66
Tenure: 12 weeks temp to perm
Salary: £14ph dependant on experience
Metalis is working with an independent subcontracting company who work with high value materials ranging from 5kg to 6000kg.
Due to a busy order book our client is looking to hire an experienced CNC Miller to join their shop floor team. The role is a 12 week temporary to permanent vacancy, where permanent contracts will be offered to candidates who show willingness and commitment.
The Role and Ideal Candidate:
- CNC Miller Programmer/Operator
- Ideally apprentice trained
- Working in a jobbing shop environment on 1 offs and small batches
- Must be able to read engineering drawings and work with minimum supervision
- Machine is a 3 metre x 800mm x 800mm bed mill with Heidenhain control
Shifts and Salary:
- Monday to Friday 7.30-4.00 plus overtime
- £14.00per hour
- Overtime Available
