Job Role: CNC Miller
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Metalis are working with an industry leading manufacturer in Chesterfield, who are looking for a CNC Miller to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Set, operate and program CNC vertical machining centres
- Read and work from engineering drawings
- Use of jigs, fixtures and other work holding equipment
- Carry out first off inspections
- Produce precision products to tight tolerances
- Use measuring equipment to check finished components
Job Requirements:
- Apprentice Trained or relevant Engineering Qualifications (NVQ/HNC/HND/ONC)
- Previous CNC Milling experience
- Able to set, operate and program a vertical machining centre
- Hartford machine and Fanuc control experience - Desired
- 4 axis machining experience
Salary, Shift & Benefits:
- £37,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- 27 days holiday
