Due to expansion, our client in Barnsley are looking for several Customer Service Advisors to join their team immediately. This will be an ongoing temporary contract lasting at least six months with a view to a permanent contract at the end.
The role:
Handling inbound calls and email enquiries
Updating CRM system
Learn product details and provide information to the customers
Provide solutions to customers problems
Resolve customer complaints if they arise
You:
Excellent customer service skills
Patience and listening skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Contact centre experience would be preferred
Computer literate
This will be working 36 hours per week covering the seven days on a rotation basis. Hours will be between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm on a weekend.
Pay is £9ph with overtime paid at £13.50
