Job Title: Engineering Labourer
Hours of Work: 3 Shift Pattern
Our client is one of the largest and most diverse profile cutting companies in the UK, providing laser, water, flame, and plasma cutting.
The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with an eagerness to help and learn various processes carried out throughout the shop floor. They will be in direct contact with customer orders and will contribute to the high level of quality and service we provide.
General Responsibilities:
- Loading materials onto machines
- Unloading cut parts and scrap material
- Marking up parts
- Grinding/cleaning up of parts
- General housekeeping and some heavy lifting required
- Assisting operators with the cutting and management of customers' order,
Shifts and Salary:
The role is working a 3 shift pattern:
- 6am-2pm - £9.60
- 2pm-10pm - £12.77
- 10pm-6am - £14.40
If successful in the role there will be an opportunity to progress to various machine operating roles with all necessary training provided by the company.
