As a Production Operative you will be required to move heavy stock (up to 20 tonnes) around the warehouse using various lifting equipment including overhead cranes and FLT's. Ideally you will have previous experience of using this type of equipment however this is not essential, full training will be given
This position is a 12 week temporary to permanent job role with long term opportunities available for the successful candidate.
£10ph standard,
Rotating Shift Pattern as follows:
WEEK 1:
4.00 am to 1.00 pm
WEEK 2:
1.00 pm to 10.00 pm
Daily Duties:
Assisting with loading / offloading materials using overhead cranes and FLT's
Loading / unloading vehicles
Banding, packing and palletising stock
Any other workshop duties as required
The right candidate will have a background in:
Manual Handling
Safety Awareness
Crane Operating
