Metalis are working with a Sheffield based client who are looking to add a Mechanical Fitter to their busy team, who specialise in hydraulic and engineering solutions.
Due to company growth and client requirements, they are now looking to hire a Days Regular Mechanical Fitter on a 12 week temp-permanent basis. These opportunities will lead to long term and stable permanent employment for all those who show commitment.
Role Summary
- Stripping, assembling and testng of these parts,
- Heavy bench fitting
- Use of Overhead cranes and Forklift Trucks
Person Specification
- Good knowledge and experience of Hydraulics
- Previous experience within Service and Repair
- Background working with compressors would be advantageous
- Good background of mechanical components
- Confident with mechanical fault finding, assembly and dis-assembly
Shifts and Salary:
- Days Regular
- £14.00p/h
- Overtime at enhanced rates
