Job Title: Payroll & HR Assistant
Location: Kirkby-in-Ashfield
Salary: £26,000 - 30,000 per annum
Tenure: Temporary to Permanent
Metalis are working in partnership with a prestigious engineering company involved in the design and manufacture of bespoke components both in the UK and Worldwide.
The purpose of this role is to manage payroll requirements on a day-to-day basis, dealing with both the weekly and monthly payrolls. In addition to provide a HR administration service and assist the HR Team.
Role Outlined:
- Assist the Finance and Operations team with daily time and attendance data.
- Process and maintain weekly and monthly timesheets - overtime, absence, holidays, shift supplements and other related paperwork.
- Provide support on any implementation projects relating to payroll and HR.
- Support the HR team with inductions and preparation of new starters and leavers.
Person Specification
- Previous experience of working within a Payroll/HR department.
- Must have experience with ADP iHCM Payroll, RealTime attendance or liaising with similar outsourced payroll provider.
- Systems improvement experience would be desirable.
Salary
- £26,000 - 30,000 dependant on experience
- 39 hour working week Early finish on a Friday
- 12 Weeks Temporary to permanent
