This role is the handling and organising of special projects throughout the business, overseeing things from cradle to grave- from initial discussions with the client, the design process, production to eventually seeing the components through thedespatch area. Ensuring the projects are running on track to business and customer milestones.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
- Milestone adherence
- Monitor and report against the project deliverable
- Coordinate a cross functional team to deliver the project requirements
- Supplier management
- Interface with suppliers frequently from sourcing to delivery
- Identify new suppliers and processes
- Commercial support
- Support scoping activities through the engineering team
- Help prepare quotations, time frame, scope and costs
- Customer Interface
- Technical support and communication
- Updates through meetings and calls
- Relationship management
- Project Management
- Maintain project documentation
- Identify cost down measures through the supply chain and manufacture
- Assess project risks
- Promote effective communication between your functional area and other functional areas of the business
- Identify and advise your line manager of personal training requirements to ensure and enhance achievement of job role
