Metalis Engineering are searching for an experienced Project Management Engineer. This role is available due to the companies growing success and new markets. No two days will be the same in this position with your time spent across; Customer Relations, Team leading, Product Design, Logistics, Estimating and much more.
Your working day will be from 08:00 - 16:30 and an early finish of 13:30 on a Friday. Due to the nature of the role a degree of flexibility will be needed and the occasional overnight stay may be required. Our client offer a very competitive salary of £40-£45,000, Company Car, Generous Pension Scheme & More.
Daily Duties Included:
- Qualifying Customers and enquiries on the CRM.
- Setting up meetings both on site and via telephone/video.
- Attending Site Visits.
- Creating detailed plans & drawings off of customer briefs.
- Gathering feedback from the client and signing off on designs.
- Arranging of raw material and logistics to the client.
- Attending site installations, ensuring installation team are working to company standard.
- Ensuring H&S, Efficiency and Company image is upheld at all times.
- Running a small team.
- Communicating with all levels from shop floor to Senior Management/Owners.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- 2Years experience in a similar position.
- Have a proven track record in Project Management delivering on time/budget.
- Previous experience in the extraction systems.
- Must be able to create technical drawings using CAD programmes.
- Able to think outside the box and remain calm under pressure.
- Customer Service focused individual.
