Job Role: Project Manager
Location: Stockport
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Metalis are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client in Stockport. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and be capable of managing projects within tight delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure their needs and expectations are communicated effectively
- Collaborate with sales, quality, and manufacturing departments to facilitate project launches
- Develop and maintain clear project plans and schedules
- Work closely with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely delivery
- Accurately report additional project costs to internal management and customers
Experience:
- Preferably degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
- Proven track record of delivering manufacturing projects in a demanding environment
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is advantageous
- Engineering background with comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP software systems and quality plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project
Salary:
- Monday to Thursday: 8am to 4.30pm, Friday: 8am to 3.30pm
- £38,000 to £40,000 dependant on experience
