Metalis are working with specialist Machine Manufacturer who design, build, and ship custom solutions across a variety of sectors. Our client is searching for an experienced QHSE Manager to manage their 4 Sites across the Doncaster area.
This is a Monday - Friday role and the successful candidate can expect a salary between £38 & £42,000, Pension and Company Car + Allowance. As the QHSE Manager you will be responsible for driving a positive company culture across all sites and supporting in the growth of the business.
Daily Duties:
- Maintain and Improve the existing ISO Quality Systems.
- Investigate & Record Non-Conformances.
- Take total control of Root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Attend regular meetings with the other Heads of Department to report on findings.
- Undertake internal audits and spot checks on safety.
- Take an active role in the training and safety of colleagues.
- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation.
- Be diligent and tenacious when implementing change.
- Come up with novel solutions to unique issues.
About you:
- You will have a minimum 5Years experience within a QHSE role.
- Previous experience leading a high performance team.
- Must be NEBOSH Qualified.
- Must be able to drive to travel between sites.
