We are expanding into new office space and are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join us on our journey.
In this role you will be committed to managing client accounts, retaining relationships, helping deliver on business objectives, and working within our existing team to support company growth.
Our position would suit someone who is looking for more responsibility and growth within their current recruitment role.
WORK HOURS:
Mon - Thursday (08.30am - 4.30pm)
Friday's (3.30pm finish)
We do not work Bank Holidays or Weekends
DAILY DUTIES:
360 role entailing Resourcing and Delivering CVs to clients
Utilising our recruitment resourcing team and setting them daily goals and objectives
Matching available workers to relevant openings and vacancies
Providing cost breakdowns and quotations to clients
Client meetings and general support
Advertising vacancies and utilising job boards
Maintaining and recording all relevant information onto a CRM database
Answering client and candidate queries and resolving any raised issues
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Well organised with a previous background in recruitment (can be a different industry)
Someone who enjoys a challenge and who is not afraid to attend client meetings
Ability to write high-quality emails
Able to use Microsoft word and have good grammar
The ability to have difficult conversations
Driven, self-motivated, and wants to learn
