Working from a highly modern office environment, Metalis are a growing recruitment agency that has expanded from 4 employees to 16 employees - in the space of 2 years.

Due to our continued success we are now looking to hire a permanent recruitment consultant. In this role you will be registering and supporting skilled job seekers and helping them secure careers within the industrial, engineering & manufacturing sectors.

Our position would suit someone who enjoys working within a small but growing sales environment, where opinions are listened to, and ideas are shared.

WORK HOURS:

Mon - Thursday: (08.30am - 4.30pm)

Friday's: (3.30pm finish)

ROLE OUTLINED:

Working in our permanent recruitment team your focus will be on matching skilled workers to our available vacancies. You will be establishing & developing relationships, sourcing unrecognised opportunities for job seekers and managing client/ company requirements and accounts.

DUTIES:

  • Registering industrial, manufacturing and engineering workers via telephone and email
  • Matching skilled workers to relevant vacancies
  • Providing quotations to companies (as you get more advanced)
  • General all-round customer service - field and office-based activities
  • Maintain and record all relevant information onto a CRM database
  • Basic calculations and answering client and candidate queries

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Well organised with a competitive nature
  • Someone who enjoys a challenge and is not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Able to write high quality emails
  • Able to use Microsoft word and have good grammar
  • The ability to have difficult conversations
  • Driven, self-motivated and wants to learn
