We are expanding into new offices and are currently hiring for a Recruitment Resourcer to join us on this journey.
In this role you will be supporting a variety of job seekers and helping them secure careers within the industrial, engineering & manufacturing sectors.
Our position would suit someone who enjoys working within small pro-active sales environments, where opinions and ideas are listened to and shared.
We are considering those with current recruitment experience and those who would be new to the industry.
HOURS
This is a Days position working Monday - Thursday 08.30am to 16.30pm & Friday's 08.30am to 3.30pm
ROLE OUTLINED
Working as part of a small team your focus will be on candidate resourcing activities and you will be working closely with our team of experienced recruitment consultants.
DAILY DUTIES:
Registering industrial, manufacturing and engineering workers via telephone and email
Matching skilled workers to relevant vacancies
Arranging interviews and work trials
Following up with placed candidates to ensure they submit timesheets
Maintain and record all relevant information onto a CRM database
Basic calculations and answering candidate queries
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Well organised with a competitive nature
Someone who enjoys a challenge and is not afraid to pick up the phone
Able to write high quality emails
Able to use Microsoft word and have good grammar
The ability to have difficult conversations
Comfortable with rejection and high's and low's
Driven, self-motivated and wants to learn
