With annual sales driven by high quality, competitive pricing and unrivalled lead times our growth is in excess of 20% year on year we need to add to our account management team. The last 18 years has seen the company move from strength to strength, and 2021 is proving to be another stellar year.

You will be assigned a portfolio of our larger key accounts to retain and grow. Being the point of contact, you'll ensure we maintain current sales and expand the offering where possible to grow each account year on year. You will also be using your sales ability to create strong long term relationships with our key accounts.

This will be achieved through the timely communication with customers and prospects, delivery of accurate quotations, excellent customer service and relationship management.

There is no limit on the bonus structure which is currently paid on all sales generated

Your focus will be selling to existing customers and bringing new ones on from within key market sectors.

There will be clear goals and KPI's to work to, ensuring you achieve your goals and the company achieves it's

Your duties will include:

  • Manage existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and source additional business and new opportunities
  • Researching and identify new sales opportunities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain productivity targets (outgoing calls, quotation levels etc)
  • Maintain up to date sales forecasting information (pipeline)
  • Accurate preparation of customer quotations
  • Process own orders fully and efficiently.
  • Where possible gather new competitor knowledge and be aware of general market activity
  • Speedily resolve any customer issues or grievances to the customers satisfaction
  • Participate (with colleagues & team leader) in the development of team activities
  • Ensure all relevant administration (pertaining to your activities or customers) is completed
  • Ensure the CRM system (pertaining to your activities or customers) is kept up to date
  • You must have a proven track record within a sales role and adopt a client focused approach delivering customer satisfaction (internal & external). You will also have excellent communication skills and be target driven.
