Metalis are working with a leading manufacturer of stainless-steel commercial equipment operating from a purpose-built factory in Derbyshire who due to continued success, are now looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join their friendly and expanding team in Draycott.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Sales team with all general administration duties
- Inputting customer orders onto an in-house data base
- Supplying quotations to customers
- Allocating invoices
- Making occasional outbound calls whenever required
This is a varied role and the successful candidate will be a methodical worker and have previous experience working within a fast-paced office environment.
Previous administration experience is essential!
Hours of Work & Salary:
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
- £20,000 (depending on experience)
- This a 12 week temporary - permanent role that will become permanent after completion of a 12 week probationary period
