Metalis are working with a specialist manufacturer and provider of equipment.
We're currently looking for a new Technical Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for customers when using their applications and products.
You will be based from their office in Huddersfield, potentially an opportunity to work from home on some days during the week.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the various deployments of ultrasonic monitoring technology around the world with an opportunity to engage with customers and end users throughout the product development, sales and deployment pipelines including initial surveys, installation, commissioning and review of generated data.
If you have experience with instrumentation, NDT, ultrasonic or inspection equipment, it would be a huge advantage. Their products are used in multiple markets ranging from Oil & Gas, Energy, Nuclear and others.
Technical Support Engineer Requirements:
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing or Science based subject
- Knowledge of sensors, instrumentation, or NDT
- Project Management experience
- Strong blend of technical and commercial aspects
- SQL Databases
- Understanding of IT Networks (desirable)
