What is your role at Metalis?
My role as Payroll and Compliance Officer here at Metalis is to ensure all relevant compliance checks are completed to a high standard, as well as processing the weekly payroll for all our clients and assisting in the accounts sector also when applicable. Here to make sure everything runs smoothly regarding administrating.
What did you do before you worked at Metalis?
Before working at Metalis I spent three years working as Payroll Administrator / Customer Account Manager at a payroll company, running weekly payroll in a very busy environment. Also being a first point of contact to any clients and operatives who were there to be paid – providing outstanding customer service skills, and attention to detail.
Before this job while studying my A – Levels I worked at Laser Quest as Assistant Manager, running shifts and being face to face with customers on a daily basis!
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
The thing I enjoy about my job and working at Metalis is my friendly colleagues!
Getting stuck into work every single day, being super busy and also knowing I am providing clients and candidates with a good experience while working with us here at Metalis.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I like to spend most of my time online shopping! I also like to spend my time with family and friends, whether that be on a night out or cosy night in. Living with my boyfriend has proven that I love home decorating / cleaning ( a bit too much ). I also LOVE going out for food, any time anywhere I’m there!
