What is your role at Metalis?
At Metalis I am the Recruitment Manager for the South Yorkshire team. My day-to-day role is managing the team and overseeing the operations and performance and supporting the team with recruitment when needed.
What did you do before you worked at Metalis?
Before Metalis I spent five years working in the business banking industry and before that working in the property sector. Even though before working at Metalis, I never worked in recruitment, I have always been in a customer/client facing environment.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I love going out and seeing various shop floors and sites. Each one is different.
What do you do outside of work?
Outside of work I like to socialise with friends and family, especially in a beer garden.
