What is your role at Metalis?
My role of Client Relationship Manager involves working closely with the team to understand our clients’ needs in order to tailor our approach accordingly. This means working closely with each consultant and catching up with our clients on a regular basis and visiting some very interesting sites (my favourite part of the job).
What did you do before you worked at Metalis?
My previous role was Recruitment & Resourcing Consultant supporting the Project Management & Advisory side of the business, which involved resourcing some incredibly niche roles. I’ve worked in recruitment for many years and enjoy speaking with different people and finding them the perfect role.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I love how varied each day is, speaking to new people and visiting clients, makes for an interesting day at work.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I love spending time with my teenage daughter (when she can fit me in her busy schedule), visiting friends and family and walking my dog.
