Job Role: Sales Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Shift: 8:30am to 4:45pm Mon - Friday (1hr Break)
Salary: £25000-£35000+ (DOE)
Metalis is working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing company in Sheffield who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled Sales Engineer on a permanent basis
Job Duties:
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Updating of CRM system to maintain customer records and management of diary
- Identifying potential issues within the supply chain and actioning ad-hoc stock shortages
- Monitor and respond to customer email enquiries
- Maintain and grow current customer relationships
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and convert into orders
- Utilising sales techniques in order to win new business
- Travel as and when required both internationally and locally. (May include overnight stays)
- Attending UK and global trade shows
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in either an engineering background or graduate from engineering
- Previous experience in Sales is advantageous
- All training will be given on their products
- May be able to accommodate work from home after probation but mainly office based
