Position: Trainee Accounts Administrator
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £22-£25k
Metalis are currently in partnership with an manufacturing company who due to an ever-growing order book are looking to hire a trainee accounts administrator on a permanent basis.
Duties include:
- Updating customer portals
- Contacting internal regional branches for job progress/update on works
- Corresponding with customers via phone & email
- Producing, reviewing and analysing data within excel reports
- Generating customer invoices for completed works
- General admin tasks & data input
Required Skills:
- Proficient IT skills, specifically excel and web portals (training will be provided on customer portals)
- High level of attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (phone & email)
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to manage own workload and react to changing situations
Salary and Shifts:
- Full time, permanent position
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
- Salary between £22-£25k
- Open to graduates
