Job Role: CNC Sliding Head Programmer
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £30,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
Metalis are working with a market leading steel producer who are looking for an experienced CNC Sliding Head Programmer to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Set, operate and program 3 Celoria sliding head machines
- Work to tight tolerances and quality standards
- Identify and adjust programs to meet design requirements
- Machine components by following engineering drawings
- Carry out quality checks
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in setting, operating and programming CNC sliding head machines
- Experience programming with Siemens controls
- Apprentice Trained (desired)
- Able to read and work from engineering drawings
Salary & Shift:
- £30,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
- Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday, 8am - 2pm
