My role at Metalis is a Senior Recruitment Consultant working within the permanent recruitment team. I specialise in shop floor roles.
What did you do before you worked at Metalis?
Before Metalis, I was a Business Development Executive for a software development company providing digital solutions to the Rail and Construction industries. Prior to this I have been in multiple different sales roles.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I enjoy speaking to different people every day! No two days are the same. I love the buzz you get once you find someone the perfect role. Also, the office environment and support are brilliant!
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I am a dad of 2, 1 boy and 1 girl! I also love football and boxing and do these around 2-3 times per week!
