With a long-standing reputation for innovation and excellence, they're now looking to bring a Contracts Manager on board to join their expanding team in Nottingham.

This is an exciting chance for a skilled professional to step into a pivotal role-overseeing key commercial elements of projects while building strong client relationships and contributing to the successful delivery of complex, high-value work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee commercial handovers between sales, project, and design teams
  • Review and analyse project proposals and costings
  • Coordinate and manage project planning processes across multiple projects
  • Develop detailed plans to monitor progress and achieve targets
  • Forecast and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands
  • Ensure all project documentation and paperwork is accurate and complete
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects running smoothly
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

  • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willing and able to travel throughout the UK and overseas
  • Must hold a valid British Passport
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
