Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support with contracts and project documentation

  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure project alignment

  • Maintain and update CRM systems, diaries, and calendars

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to track timelines and deliverables

  • Attend client meetings and site visits with Project Managers and Directors

  • Manage diaries and schedules for the Project Team

  • Prepare and hand over accurate documentation for ongoing and completed projects

  • Ensure compliance documentation is checked and filed correctly

  • Coordinate logistics for site visits and meetings

About You

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Experience in a coordination, administrative, or project support role

  • Exposure to contracts or project-based work is beneficial

  • Interest or background in manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace

  • A BEng or technical qualification is advantageous but not essential
