Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Long Eaton
Shifts: Days regular & Early Finish Friday
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 D.O.E
Metalis are working with a company based in Long Eaton looking to recruit a Technical Customer Service Manager. This is a key role for the business to help manage the daily work load and ensure smooth flow between production and back office staff.
Job Role:
- Key Point of Contact for customers.
- Creation of Job Cards from technical drawings.
- Qualifying leads and responding accordingly.
- Processing quotes & managing contract renewals.
- Updating the MRP System.
- Managing customer order book and chasing late deliveries.
Job Requirements:
- Key communicator - both email & telephone.
- Competent on Microsoft Office Packages.
- Previous role in an engineering environment.
Job Details:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 // 15:30 Friday.
