Role: Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Chesterfield
Shift: Days 38 Hour working week
Tenure: 12 Weeks temporary to permanent
Salary: £10.50ph
Metalis is working with a privately-owned engineering business with strong links throughout their industry, providing a range of comprehensive engineering solutions.
Due to extensive growth, they are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator with possible experience in HR to start as soon as possible.
Duties:
- Answer phones and direct calls/take messages etc
- Manage meeting room diary and prepare meeting room for external visitors
- Manage COVID safety procedure for visitors (testing before entering the building)
- Daily wipe around for COVID safety
- Administrative assistance to Accounts team (scanning, filing)
- Administrative assistance to HR
Experience:
- Sage 200 experience ideally
- Scanning and filing
- Previous experience in administrative assistance
- Good communication skills
- Quick thinker
Salary & Hours:
- £10.50 ph
Mon-Thurs 7:45 - 16:30 Fri - 8:00 - 15:00
