Metalis are working alongside a UK Leading Testing's company who are looking for a Sales & Purchasing Administrator to join their friendly team in Derby.
This is a temporary ongoing position with a potential view to go permanent for the right person.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing sales & purchase orders
- Using Sage 50 Accounts software
- Responding to customer emails in a timely manner
- Answering inbound calls
- Booking out customer orders, ensuring they are ready for delivery
- Liasing with a variety of departments within the company
The successful candidate:
- Will have previous administration experience
- Be proficient with Sage 50 Accounts
- Computer literate with experience in all Microsoft Packages
- Confident telephone manner
- Good timekeeping
- Ability to prioritise their day and use own initiative
Shifts / Salary:
- £11.50ph - £12.50ph (dependent on skill sets)
- Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm) - 3:30pm finish on a Friday
- Temporary ongoing
