What is your role at Metalis?
At Metalis I am the Recruitment Manager covering the whole of the Midlands team. My day-to-day role is managing the team and overseeing the operations and performance and supporting the team with recruitment when needed.
What did you do before you worked at Metalis?
Prior to Metalis, I worked within recruitment and also business development.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I enjoy the team dynamics, working within a supportive team that always help you achieve your goals.
What do you do outside of work?
Outside of work I like to socialise with family and friends and I am always open to having a cheeky gin or two.
