Metalis are working with a leading manufacturer based in Worcester who due to expansion are looking for a Toolroom Team Leader to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a team, ensuring production targets are being hit
• Assisting other team members, providing training and support
• Millings, Turning, Grinding, Bench Fitting duties
• Stripping / Assembling dies and trimtools
• Use of Overhead Crane / FLT
• Maintaining Die and Trim tool conditions
• Supporting other priorities within the toolroom e.g. machine breakdowns
• Working in a disciplined, methodical approach, complying with all Company Procedures
• Adhering to strict health and safety procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within a toolroom environment
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience
• Use of Overhead Crane / FLT (Ideally - training can be given)
• Previous experience Turning, Milling, Grinding or Bench Fitting
• A "can do" attitude

Shifts & Salary:

• Days & Afternoons rotating
• 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm (Monday - Friday)
• £37,635 + 16% Shift Allowance
• Permanent Opportunity
