Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: £42,090 per annum + benefits (shift allowance applies for double days)

We're looking for a skilled Foundry Maintenance Engineer to join a manufacturing company based in Kidderminster.

Shift Options:
Choose the schedule that suits you best:

1️⃣ Weekend Nights Maintenance Engineer

• Hours: 34 hrs/week (Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights)

• Basic Salary: £42,090 per annum

2️⃣ Double Days Maintenance Engineer

• Hours: 37.75 hrs/week (Monday - Friday, rotational AM/PM shifts)

  • AM: Mon-Thu 6:00-14:15, Fri 6:00-13:15

  • PM: Mon-Thu 14:00-22:15, Fri 13:00-20:15

• Basic Salary: £42,090 per annum

• Shift Allowance: £1.14 per hour (£2,237.82 per annum)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to breakdowns and diagnose faults on die casting machines and other plant equipment.

• Repair, service, and maintain CNC machinery, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Install, program, and repair automated machinery, including robots and PLC-controlled systems.

• Perform routine maintenance and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM).

• Maintain offices, production areas, and building structures.

• Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to resolve equipment issues and improve efficiency.

What we're looking for:

• C&G qualified electrician, including 17th Edition Regulations.

• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in a similar foundry or manufacturing environment.

• Strong mechanical/engineering skills, CNC machinery experience.

• PLC programming knowledge and experience.

• Forklift licence and welding skills desirable but not essential.
