Project Manager
Location: Leicester (Office-Based)
Salary: £45,000 per annum (DOE)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious company working on high-profile projects, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.

The Role:

• Lead multiple projects within the Special Projects Division, managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact.

• Plan, forecast, and quote projects to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal teams and Directors to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.

• Support and mentor junior team members, developing the team's capabilities.

• Estimate projects and contribute to the strategic growth of the division.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven project management experience, ideally in luxury retail displays, special projects, or similar environments.

• Strong commercial acumen and business awareness.

• Excellent organisational, communication, and people management skills.

• Ability to lead and develop colleagues effectively.

• Experience with materials and processes across different types of projects.

• Experience working with high-profile clients or brands is desirable.

• Background in manufacturing is a plus.
