Job Title: Service Engineer/Installation Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Shifts: Days regular
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Metalis is working with a company based in Sheffield who equipment predominantly for the rail industry. They are looking for a permanent mechanically biased engineer to join their team, as a service & installation engineer.
Job Role:
- To carry out fitting and installation duties on company equipment, both on site and at their workshop.
- Working with a range of mechanical components, specifically to do with material handling equipment.
- Ensure stocks and spares are kept in order within company vehicle.
- Installation on clients sits, more often than not rail depots.
Job Requirements:
- Apprentice trained in a relevant mechanical discipline.
- Flexible to carry out duties of a field service engineer.
- Have previous experience in a service or installation role.
Package:
- £30,000 - £35,000 per annum basic salary.
- Company vehicle.
- Overtime.
- Expenses for overnight stays.
