We are currently hiring for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role you will be committed to managing client accounts, learning the ropes, retaining relationships and helping deliver on business objectives.

Working from a highly modern office environment, Metalis are a growing recruitment agency that has expanded from 4 employees to 16 employees - in the space of 2 years.

This role might suit someone who works in a fast paced customer focused environment such as; estate agency, sales, client account management or something similar.

WORK HOURS:

  • Mon - Thursday (08.30am - 4.30pm)
  • Friday's (3.30pm finish)
  • We do not work Bank Holidays or Weekends


ROLE OUTLINED:

Your focus will be on the delivery of CVs to employers who require temporary and temp-perm employees. You will be working closely with our existing team, and focusing on our extensive client base to deliver on requirements.

DAILY DUTIES:

  • Delivering CVs to clients
  • Utilising our recruitment resourcing network
  • Matching available workers to relevant openings and vacancies
  • Advertising vacancies and utilising job boards
  • Maintaining and recording all relevant information onto a CRM database
  • Answering client and candidate queries and resolving any raised issues
  • Learning the day to day duties of recruitment

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Well organised with great attention to detail
  • Someone who enjoys a challenge and who is not afraid to attend client meetings as and when
  • Able to write high-quality emails and strong English literature skills
  • Able to use the Microsoft office suite
  • Confident, proactive, and career-driven. Self-motivated and wants to learn every day
