Metalis are supporting a specialist materials development business who supply their products into a wide range of industries from groundworks to one of events. This company is a national brand winning contracts within the private and public sector.
The Finance Manager will lead the finance team giving clear direction & guidance on projects, whilst providing timely progress reports to senior managers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reports including reconciliations
- Manage the completion and production of purchase ledger & sales accounting.
- Cash Flow Management.
- Submission of returns to HMRC.
- Managing and company insurances.
- Undertaking all HR related issues within the team including RTWs and Performance reviews/development.
- Manage the annual budgetary controls.
- Identify any potential risks within the business relating to financial matters.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience working in a senior finance role.
- Previous experience working within Engineering & Manufacturing is preferred.
- Able to lead a team of individuals.
- A clear communicator with a detailed approach to work.
- Previous Daily, weekly, monthly and annual accounting.
- Hold an AAT/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Access Dimensions is preferred
Shifts & Salary:
Up to £45,000 D.O.E
Monday - Friday - 08:15 - 16:30, Flexible sifts are available.
Part time candidates will be considered for this role.
