Job Role: Grounds Maintenance/Caretaker
Location: Rotherham
Shift: Monday to Friday, 0700am until 15:00pm
Salary: Salary paying National Minimum Wage - £11.44ph
Metalis are working in partnership with a busy Manufacturing business in Rotherham, who due to continuous growth are looking to hire an Grounds Maintenance/Caretaker on a permanent basis.
Brief Overview of Duties:
- Clean designated areas to required standards
- Warehouse sweeping
- Ensure site grounds are clean and clear of weeds and rubbish
- Mowing grass
- Responding to audit requirements
- As-hoc duties to support cleaning team
- Cover others areas as an when required to ensure standards are maintained
- Report any issues within their designated areas
- Any other reasonable duties as requested within skill set
Salary & Shifts:
- Monday to Friday, Regular Days
- Hourly salary £11.44ph
- Permanent Role
