Metalis announces Yorkshire Air Ambulance as its charity of the year

  • Publish Date: Posted 5 months ago

Metalis is delighted to announce that we have chosen to support Yorkshire Air Ambulance as our charity of the year in 2024. We have chosen Yorkshire Air Ambulance for its invaluable service in providing rapid medical response and transportation to those in need across the Yorkshire region. They are not a government funded charity and rely solely on donations from the public. To keep both its helicopters in the air, they need to raise £19,000 per day just for their operation.

Carly Parkes, Marketing Manager at Metalis, said: "We are thrilled to support Yorkshire Air Ambulance as our Charity of the Year. Their life-saving work has a direct impact on the well-being of individuals in our community, and we are eager to contribute to their mission. Metalis has always been dedicated to making a positive difference, and we believe that this partnership aligns perfectly with our values."

Throughout the year, Metalis has planned various fundraising initiatives and activities to support Yorkshire Air Ambulance. We hope to raise awareness and much-needed funds to ensure the charity can continue to provide a rapid response emergency service to 5 million people across Yorkshire.

Any support you can provide is greatly appreciated! You can make a direct donation to the charity via our JustGiving page here:
