Gary has been a key member of the team, consistently demonstrating commitment and attendance since he began his role. Client Relationship Manager Suzie Davison and Recruitment Consultant Holly Stevenson had the pleasure of visiting Gary at Three System Solutions to share the good news. Gary was honored to be chosen, and his colleagues were thrilled for him.
Jon Turner, Operations Director at Three System Solutions, praised Gary's contributions, saying: "Gary fits in with the rest of the lads really well, and everybody really likes him. He's a great welder with loads of knowledge and experience. We're a bit old school, and half the battle is finding people that fit the environment, but with Gary, it's like he's been here years already. Metalis has sent very good candidates so far. They seem to be vetted much better than most."
Reflecting on his experience so far, Gary shared: "Metalis has made it easy to settle in and has been upfront at all times. The most rewarding part has been completing builds I have been a part of. I have picked up a couple of new skills, like using a laser cutter and a CNC bending machine, and have already told my ex-workmates to use Metalis as an agency."
