Brigg Power Station in Lincolnshire is a 40 MW biomass plant that runs mainly on straw.
The challenge
One of the main contractors on the site needed specialist electrical contractors with strong technical skills and a real commitment to health and safety, on a complex, working plant.
What we did
We supplied a team of qualified electrical contractors who brought:
- panel building, relay and switchgear wiring, and containment
- LV and HV SWA glanding and termination
- confidence working from red and green drawings
- careful work alongside the existing plant, to full safety standards
The outcome
The project finished on schedule.
The team met the site’s safety standards throughout and fitted the new work in with the existing equipment.
