What is your role at Metalis?
Recruitment Consultant – Communicating with clients / candidates to fill job roles and ensuring the candidate is suitable for the role doing all relevant checks.
What did you do before you worked at Metalis?
I was a key account executive for British gas answering customer queries, emails, dealing with debt, running reports and managing 9-16 key accounts.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I enjoy how rewarding it is when you are able to offer candidates an interview for a role / job role - I also enjoy how positive the atmosphere is within the office and how helpful everyone is.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I like to take my dog Henry on long walks and spend time with my family and friends… prosecco is always involved too haha.
