What is your role at Metalis?
My role at Metalis is a Recruitment Consultant. I liaise with candidates and clients and make sure I’m finding the best possible fit for them whether that be jobs or candidates.
What did you do before you worked at Metalis?
Prior to Metalis I worked as a sales negotiator for an estate agency where I assisted in all aspects from meeting face to face with candidates to then later assist them getting their dream home.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I love speaking to new people everyday from the initial phone call to finding the perfect career for them. I also love making relationships with new clients and finding them the perfect candidate.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and going out for drinks with my friends.
