Metalis are pleased to be working alongside a well established company who provide high quality products to the UK Civil Engineering & Construction industries. Due to a fantastic period of growth, they are now looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join their team.
We are looking for driven, enthusiastic people with a passion for sales.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Upselling products confidently to prospective customers
- Providing accurate quotations, increasing the conversion rate of quotations to orders
- Building customer relationships (account management)
- Working to KPI targets with ease
- Providing basic technical assistance and recommendations when necessary
- Preparing sales forecasts
- Managing incoming and outgoing sales calls to existing and potential customers
The ideal candidate:
As this a hard sales role, we are only looking for people with previous sales experience.
- 3 years sales experience (ideally)
- Account management & Customer relationship experience is a must
- Construction industry experience or dealing with builders merchants (ideal but not essential)
- Confident telephone manner
This role would suite a confident, target driven sales professional.
Shifts & Salary:
- Competitive Salary
- Working hours: 8:15am - 4:30pm, with a standard working day of 7.5 hours and flexible shift options depending on team cover, ensuring an excellent work/life balance
