Job Role: Metal Worker
Location: Leeds
Shift: Days Regular - 4 Day Working Week
Salary: £29k
Metalis are working with a growing manufacturing business based in Leeds who are looking for a Metalwork Operative to welcome to their team on a 12-week temporary to permanent contract.
Job Description:
- Working with steel and metals to manufacture and assemble medical components.
- Reading from order sheets and marking off.
- Use of hand and power tools and measuring equipment.
- Bending and Cutting metals.
- Following order diagram.
- Keeping the area clean and tidy.
Job Requirements:
- To have experience working with metals/steels in previous roles.
- Long term desire in the role.
- Worked within the manufacturing sector (not essential but desired).
- Have a keen eye for detail.
Shifts & Salary:
- 4 day working week, Monday - Thursday 9.5 hours a day.
- Shifts start times from 6am -07.30am.
- 12 weeks temporary to permanent role.
