Are you a hard-working production operative or labourer with a background in manufacturing? Our client, an established and successful sheet metal manufacturer, is seeking to expand their team.

Shift Pattern: Days Regular
07.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday
07.00am - 12.00pm Fridays
Any overtime is at time and a half after 39 hours per week.
Role Overview:
As a production labourer, you will be an integral part of the factory team, providing valuable support across various tasks.
Your responsibilities will include helping with the movement of metal parts, assisting with dispatch operations, and providing coverage where support is needed throughout the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the movement and handling of metal parts within the factory premises.
- Support dispatch operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation of products for shipment.
- Provide assistance to different areas of the factory as required, offering support and contributing to the smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe and productive environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and maintain overall product quality.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a metal manufacturing environment is desirable (sheet metal would be a huge bonus)
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual tasks efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take on various responsibilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to assist in different areas of the factory.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
