Job Title: Production Welder
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £12ph
Metalis are currently in partnership with a specialist fabrication company in Sheffield. Due to a healthy work order book, our client is looking to hire a Production Welder on a 12-week temporary to permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welding towbars on a production line.
- Be responsible for quality of welds and ensuring the finished product is free from spatter and any weld defects.
- Working accurately within a busy Steel Fabrication department.
- To always wear safety equipment.
- To take responsibility for the maintenance and care of own equipment.
- Work safely and show care to fellow employees.
Salary and Working Hours:
- Hourly rates of pay from £12 p/h.
- Days regular, Monday - Friday.
- 12 weeks temporary to permanent role.
